Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
